The PowerApps Developer will take charge of designing, developing and implementing solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform. This role will develop model-driven applications, automating workflows, integrating data sources, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver digital solutions that improve operational efficiency.
Other Responsibilities:
- Development: Design, development, test and deploy of solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI). Oversee development life cycle including design, development, testing, deployment and support as needed. Implement Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines and environment management strategies.
- Architecture and Design: Translate business requirements into technical solutions and applications design. Ensure application performance, scalability, security and governance compliance.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze and optimize the performance of related applications and related infrastructure. Ensure systems can scale to meet growing demand.
- Code Quality and Best Practices: Champion the use of coding best practices, automated testing and continuous integration. Enforce code standards, documentation practices and maintainability.
- Documentation: Ability to create technical documentation, user guides and deployment procedures
- Collaboration: Work with product managers, business analysts and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with the latest development trends, technologies and best practices.
- Problem Solving and Troubleshooting: Take ownership of complex issues and has experience in identifying, diagnosing and resolving technical challenges.

Job Specifications:
- Possesses a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- At least 3 years of professional experience as a Developer, and at least 1-2 years in Power Platform.
- Experience in Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven apps), Power Automate (flows, RPA), Dataverse, Power BI
- Experience with Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, API Management), REST APIs and custom connectors, SharePoint and Microsoft 365 integrations
- Experience with ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) and DevOps practices.
- With understanding of security, governance, and compliance in Power Platform.
- Experience in Waterfall Software Development methodology
