Job summary

John Clements Consultants, Inc. in the Philippines seeks a Lead Developer to guide a development team, provide technical direction, and ensure high-quality software delivery.

You will lead the design and development of Power Platform solutions and translate business requirements into scalable applications. You will oversee the full development lifecycle, implement CI/CD pipelines, and ensure security, governance, and performance across related systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• At least 5 years as Lead Developer; 2–3 years in Power Platform.
• Strong expertise in Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven), Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI.
• Experience with Azure services, REST APIs and custom connectors, SharePoint and M365 integrations.
• Experience with ALM and DevOps practices.
• Strong security, governance, and compliance understanding in Power Platform.
• Proven leadership: leading technical teams, code reviews, mentoring.
• Excellent communication to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

About you

• Possesses a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related field

• At least 5 years of professional experience as a Lead Developer, and at least 2-3 years in Power Platform

• Strong expertise in Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven apps), Power Automate (flows, RPA), Dataverse, Power BI

• Experience with Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, API Management), REST APIs and custom connectors, SharePoint and Microsoft 365 integrations

• Experience with ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) and DevOps practices

• Strong understanding of security, governance, and compliance in Power Platform

• Proven experience in Waterfall Software Development methodology

• Proven experience in leading technical teams, conducting code reviews and mentoring senior and junior developers

• Strong leadership, problem solving, and decision-making skills

• Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
