Job summary

TBEA Subic Inc. is seeking a Project Scheduler with a strong background in civil or electrical engineering and at least 3 years in project planning within the power or renewable energy sector.

PV project experience is preferred, and proficiency in Primavera P6 or MS Project is required. The role focuses on developing and optimizing project timelines, coordinating across design, procurement, and construction, and leading meetings with clients and contractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in civil/related fields; master's degree an advantage.
• 3+ years in project planning for power/renewable energy, PV experience preferred.
• Proficient with Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
• Strong coordination and communication to align design, procurement, and construction timelines.
• Under pressure, maintain schedule awareness and execution.

Responsibilities

• Project Scheduling: Develop and optimize overall and phase-specific project timelines using drawings, goals, and contracts.
• Progress Monitoring: Track progress, analyze deviations, prepare reports, and implement early warnings for delays.
• Resource & Plan Coordination: Ensure timely resource allocation and integration of schedules across departments.
• Tools & Systems Utilization: Use project management software (Primavera P6, MS Project) for scheduling and tracking.
• Communication & Meetings: Lead coordination meetings and communicate with clients and contractors to resolve schedule issues.
• Risk & Contingency Management: Identify schedule risks early and develop contingency plans to mitigate delays.
