Role Description The Power Platform Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Cebu. This role focuses on designing, developing, and implementing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and related tools) to support client business processes and digital transformation initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and analyzing requirements, building and configuring Power Platform solutions, integrating data from various systems, and troubleshooting issues to ensure reliable performance. The consultant will collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and client stakeholders, provide user training and documentation, and recommend best practices to improve efficiency and security. The role also involves ongoing support and optimization of existing solutions, ensuring they align with client objectives and technology standards.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and related Microsoft 365 tools.
• Experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and translating client needs into technical solutions.
• Skills in data modeling, system integration, and working with APIs, connectors, and common data services.
• Knowledge of Cyber Security and IT Infrastructure concepts, with an understanding of secure solution design.
• Ability to document solutions clearly, create user guides, and deliver training to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting abilities in a consulting or client-facing environment.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work on-site with cross-functional teams in Cebu.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Power Platform Functional Consultant, Power Platform Developer) are an advantage.
• Experience in managed services or professional services environments, supporting North American or international clients, is beneficial.
