Job summary

World Vision is seeking a Power Platform Developer to design, implement, and maintain enterprise solutions across Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse. The role emphasizes low-code development, governance, and integration with Microsoft 365 and Azure services, ensuring scalable, secure workflows.

The position requires deep technical proficiency, collaboration with analysts and developers, and the ability to manage projects end-to-end in a dynamic, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Programming/Systems or related field.
• Expert proficiency in Microsoft Power Apps (canvas & model-driven).
• Broad understanding of information systems and architecture standards.
• Ability to analyze complex problems spanning multiple business areas.
• Advanced experience with Power Automate for automation of workflows.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Dataverse and integration with Power Platform.
• Experience building Copilot Studio agents and multi-agent orchestrations.
• Proficiency in Power BI and AI Builder for integrated analytics.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy Copilot Studio agents across platforms.
• Participate in all project planning processes and manage timelines.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to align solutions with architecture standards.
• Develop, test, implement, and support enterprise software within SDLC.
• Provide production support and performance improvements for Power Platform solutions.
