Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of software development experience.
• 3–5+ years in Power Platform development.
• Experience in managed services or application support.
• Experience supporting enterprise production environments.
• Certifications: PL-400, PL-200, AZ-900 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, support, and optimize Power Platform-based applications.
• Build integrations with Microsoft 365, Azure, SAP, and external systems.
• Resolve incidents, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement.
• Create documentation and participate in code reviews and design discussions.

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Power Platform Developer to support and enhance enterprise solutions built on Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Fabric, Analytics, Intelligent Automation, and emerging AI capabilities. The role involves designing, developing, supporting, and optimizing business applications while ensuring adherence to service-level agreements and managed service commitments.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Development

• Design and develop applications using:
• Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven)
• Power Automate
• Power BI
• Dataverse
• Microsoft Fabric
• Build integrations with Microsoft 365, Azure, SAP, and external systems.
• Develop automation solutions to improve operational efficiency.

Support & Managed Services

• Resolve incidents, service requests, and production issues.
• Monitor application performance and reliability.
• Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide application maintenance and enhancements.

Governance & Quality

• Follow development standards and best practices.
• Ensure documentation is updated and maintained.
• Participate in code reviews and technical design discussions.
• Support SLA and KPI achievement.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with customer business teams.
• Gather requirements and provide technical recommendations.
