Job summary

Therma Mobile, Inc. is seeking a Reliability and Performance Management Engineer to join the Reliability and Performance Management team on site.

The role focuses on monitoring, evaluating, and recommending improvements for the thermal performance of our power plants, collaborating with the RPM team to deliver measurable results and support community upliftment. Ideal candidates will have strong O&M knowledge of coal-fired power plants, diagnostic expertise, and a track record of reliability

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering.
• Licensed/Registered Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineer.
• At least 5 years in O&M of power plants, specifically coal-fired thermal plants.
• Minimum 2 years in a reliability/perform­ance-focused role.

Responsibilities

• Produce root-cause analyses for critical equipment, identify asset risks, and investigate plant failures.
• Monitor and report plant heat rates and subsystem performance (boilers, turbines).
• Prepare operational compliance reports and performance indices for stakeholders.
• Ensure all activities conform to ISO standards.
