Job summary

AboitizPower seeks an RPM Engineer to join the Reliability and Performance Management team in Toledo City, Cebu, Philippines. You will monitor thermal plant performance, analyze failures, and implement reliability improvements across coal-fired facilities.

You will work with the RPM team to deliver results, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with ISO standards, contributing to sustainable energy operations and community impact.

Qualifications

• Expert-level understanding of operations and maintenance of power plant facilities.
• Knowledge of power plant performance testing and diagnostics.
• Ability to analyze condition monitoring data to develop reliability improvements.
• Familiarity with compliance requirements for power plant operations.
• Attention to detail in technical reporting and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Root-cause analysis reports for critical equipment and asset risk identification.
• Monitor and report on plant heat rates and subsystems like boilers and turbines.
• Prepare operational compliance reports, generation statistics, and performance indices.
• Ensure all activities conform to ISO standards.
