The ideal candidate will have a degree in Electrical Engineering, be a licensed engineer, and possess 2-3 years of managerial experience in a solar power or renewable energy context. Responsibilities include compliance with regulations, supervising operations, and leading a team towards achieving safety and efficiency goals.

Qualifications

• 2 - 3 years work experience as a power plant manager or related role in a solar power plant or renewable energy industry.
• Ability to manage the entire power plant and supervise manpower.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the operation of power generation equipment to ensure capacity.
• Ensure routine inspection and maintenance of power plant equipment.
• Consolidate risk assessment results to plan preventive measures.
• Provide innovative solutions to arising problems.
• Ensure compliance with local safety and environmental regulations.
• Supervise overall power plant operations and standard procedures.
• Develop systematic processes and innovate existing procedures.
• Establish leadership and monitor completion of safety and environmental programs.
• Participate in required safety and environmental meetings.
• Cascade required protocols to management for implementation.
• Provide efficient tasks to subordinates relevant to project requirements.
• Build a team to achieve company goals.
