Job summary
MacDermid Alpha Electronics Solutions, a business segment of Element Solutions Inc (NYSE: ESI), is seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager for power electronics in the India region. You will own regional growth strategy, drive aggressive business development initiatives, and coordinate with LOB and Applications centers to win high-value opportunities while aligning with the company growth plan.
You will become the expert on Argomax sintering portfolio, solder preforms and pastes, and
Qualifications
- Bachelor or higher in a relevant technical field.
- Minimum 5 years in a technical role preferred.
- Willingness to travel >50% of time.
- Proven commercial success through technical insights.
Responsibilities
- Drive regional power electronics strategy for India.
- Coordinate with LOB and Applications centers to win business.
- Lead and prioritize sales opportunities with the regional team.
- Be the main interface between region and line of business.
- Act as trusted advisor to customers and build long-term relationships.
- Drive value-based selling and translate technical insights into customer value.
- Provide training to sales on selling these technologies when needed.
- Leverage sales teams to generate leads and expand markets.
