Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification.
• 3–5 years of sales experience in electrical industry.
• Proven experience selling electrical products including low-voltage and medium-voltage equipment.

Responsibilities

• Achieve annual sales, orders, revenue, and profitability targets for the Power Distribution business.
• Develop and execute country sales strategies and go-to-market plans aligned with growth objectives.
• Build, manage, and convert a robust sales and project pipeline across key market segments.
• Identify, recruit, develop, and manage strategic channel partners, including distributors, panel builders, and system integrators.
• Drive demand creation and project specification through direct engagement with strategic accounts and end users.
• Increase market share and product penetration by value-based, solution-oriented selling.
• Lead major project pursuits, negotiations, and commercial engagements to maximize win rates.
• Collaborate with marketing to execute customer engagement programs and industry events.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric solutions and ensure operational excellence.
