Job summary

Concentrix ANZ's offshore analytics team seeks a Reporting Specialist/Analyst to design and maintain reporting frameworks, dashboards, and data visualisations for Australian clients, delivering timely, accurate visibility of call centre performance and service delivery outcomes.

You will develop SLA and operational reports, support customer journey mapping with data insights, and collaborate with data professionals to align outputs with client objectives in a fast-paced delivery environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in reporting or BI, preferably in BPO/call centre.
• Proficiency in Power BI and SQL; R or Python for large datasets.
• Experience with SLA reporting and operational metrics.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting frameworks.
• Deliver SLA and operational reports with timely visibility.
• Support customer journey maps based on data insights.
• Build interactive data visualisations for complex metrics.
• Source, combine, prepare, and analyse large datasets efficiently.
• Collaborate with Data Analysts, Data Scientists, and Consultants.
