We are seeking a skilled Power BI Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and visualization, with the ability to transform data into actionable insights using Power BI.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand business requirements in the BI context and design data models to convert raw data to meaningful insights.
• Create complex DAX queries and functions in Power BI.
• Create dashboards and interactive visual reports using Power BI.
• Deploy creative visual interaction tools for different metrics.
• Proven expertise in the entire Microsoft Power Platform, such as Power Apps, Power Automate, Microsoft Dataverse, AI Builder, etc.
• Provide architecture recommendations to manage Power BI workspaces.
• Design, develop, and deploy Power BI scripts and perform efficient detailed analysis.
• Create charts and document data with algorithms, parameters, models, and relations explanations.
• Make technical changes to existing BI systems in order to enhance their functioning.

Must Have

• 4+ years of relevant experience with the above job duties for an Intermediate Power BI Developer
• Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science or related fields.
• Certification in MS Power BI and Power Apps Suite is needed.
• Good creative and communication skills – Ability to influence and recommend visualizations to the senior leadership teams.
• Ability to create complex SQL queries to join multiple tables/data is absolutely needed.
• Proven experience as a Power BI Developer or in a similar role.

Nice to Have

• Experience with other BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Qlik).
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Python.
• Understanding of cloud platforms like Azure or AWS.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI, including DAX and Power Query.
• Experience with data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL processes.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
