Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Agriculture, Animal Science, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Medicine, or related field.
• Experience in layer or poultry farm operations preferred.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Knowledge in poultry production, biosecurity, and farm operations.
• Able to stay in farm setup and manage field-based operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily layer farm operations and production activities.
• Monitor egg production performance and farm targets.
• Implement feeding, vaccination, and health programs.
• Ensure strict biosecurity and farm sanitation protocols.
• Supervise farm workers and assign daily tasks.
• Coordinate with veterinarians and technical teams for flock health.
• Prepare and submit production and operational reports.

Job Summary

The Layer Farm Manager is responsible for the overall management of layer farm operations including production performance, bird health and welfare, feed management, biosecurity implementation, and team supervision. The role ensures that farm targets are met while maintaining efficiency, quality standards, and compliance with farm protocols.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Agriculture, Animal Science, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Medicine, or related field
• With experience in layer or poultry farm operations (preferred)
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Knowledge in poultry production, biosecurity, and farm operations
• Organized, responsible, and detail oriented
