Responsibilities

• Conduct periodic evaluation of direct reports and identify areas for improvement.

• Prepare and submit accurate farm reports on flock performance, feed consumption, mortality, and conditions.
• Inspect bunkhouses and surroundings to maintain module cleanliness.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Animal Science, Animal Production, or any related course




• With at least 2 years of relevant work experience in Farm or Poultry Industry




• Proficient in standardized farm management practices, farm data analysis, and reporting flock data




• Equipped with strong leadership, planning, analytical, and communication skills




• Willing to stay-in at the farm site located in Bukidnon

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Trains, leads, and monitors farm personnel in their assigned module in the performance of correct feeding, water management, rearing, laying management, vaccination procedures, biosecurity, and sanitation practices




• Ensures proper and timely building preparation before flock placement

• Inspects the cleanliness of module bunkhouses and surroundings and organizes manpower to ensure assigned module cleanliness
