Display products neatly in refrigerated cases, ensuring proper stock rotation (FIFO) and appealing presentation.
Monitor stock levels in the display and cold storage, and report replenishment needs to the supervisor.
Maintain a clean workspace, sanitize equipment (knives, cutting boards, scales, and wrappers), and adhere to food safety and cold-chain protocols.
Assist member-customers with special requests or inquiries regarding poultry products in a polite and helpful manner.
