Responsibilities

• Clean, trim, cut, and portion fresh chicken and poultry products per store specifications.
• Weigh, wrap, seal, and price poultry items accurately with correct expiration dates.
• Display products neatly in refrigerated cases, ensuring proper stock rotation (FIFO) and appealing presentation.
• Monitor stock levels in the display and cold storage, and report replenishment needs to the supervisor.
• Maintain a clean workspace, sanitize equipment (knives, cutting boards, scales, and wrappers), and adhere to food safety and cold-chain protocols.
• Assist member-customers with special requests or inquiries regarding poultry products in a polite and helpful manner.
