Job summary

Globe Telecom is seeking a seasoned professional to lead and oversee business continuity management across divisions. You will coach groups, drive BCM program planning, and ensure programs are approved, documented, tested, and audited.

The role requires directing incident response preparations and ensuring continuous improvement of BCM processes. The ideal candidate brings at least 5 years in BCM with leadership experience, strong risk management knowledge, and the ability to coordinate

• Experience in business continuity management and leading teams.
• Strong knowledge of BCM standards and frameworks.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills to train and guide groups.

Responsibilities

• Co-owns the BCM Program across divisions and ensures successful implementation.
• Coach and influence divisional BCM planning, solving planning challenges.
• Certify that BCM programs are approved, documented, tested, updated and audited.
• Drive regular BCM activities: planning, self-assessment, exercising, training, and awareness.
