Job summary

MR DIY Philippines seeks a Store Cashier for Guadalupe Commercial Complex (GDCC). You will handle payments, operate registers and POS terminals, and ensure accurate prices, receipts, and smooth checkout for every customer.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of cashiering experience, strong customer service, trustworthy and detail-oriented, with good communication and computer literacy. A bachelor’s degree in business or any 4-year course is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year or more cashiering/retail experience.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Trustworthy, detail-oriented, able to work with minimal supervision.
• Proficient with computers and basic math.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic math to collect payments and give correct change.
• Operate registers, scanners, scales, and card terminals.
• Balance cash drawer and generate sales reports.
• Accept payments and issue receipts to customers.
• Handle exchanges and refunds efficiently.
• Maintain accurate cash drawer and checkout area.
• Keep checkout area clean and orderly.
