MR DIY Philippines is seeking a Store Cashier for Pelaez Commercial Arcade 2. You will handle payments, operate registers and POS equipment, and ensure accurate cash handling. The role requires customer service focus and reliable performance in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities include balancing cash, generating sales reports, managing exchanges/refunds, and keeping the checkout area organized for a smooth customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or any 4-year course.
• Background in cashiering, preferably with POS experience.
• Ability to provide quality customer service.
• Trustworthy, detail-oriented and able to work with minimal supervision.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar industry.
• Average communication and people skills.
• Computer literate.
• Willing to work at Pelaez Commercial Arcade 2.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic math functions to collect payments and give change.
• Operate registers, scanners, scales and card terminals.
• Balance the cash register and generate reports for sales.
• Accept payments, verify prices/quantities, and provide receipts.
• Handle exchanges and refunds quickly and efficiently.
• Maintain an accurate cash drawer.
• Keep the checkout area clean and orderly.
