Job summary

Maersk is seeking a Portuguese Customer Experience Specialist to support end-to-end transport execution, including planning, vendor coordination, exception management, and order closure using SAP TMS. As an Operations specialist, you play a critical role in ensuring efficient, cost-effective, and reliable landside delivery for our global logistics network.

You will work to ensure efficient landside delivery, coordinate with vendors and internal teams, and communicate in Portuguese and English.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher.
Fluent in Portuguese and English, both spoken and written.
3–5 years in Customer Service, BPO, or shipping industry (voice/non-voice).
Shipping landside process experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end landside shipment execution—from booking and planning to delivery and order closure—using SAP TMS.
Plan and optimize transport, including vendor allocation, scheduling, and handling changes.
Monitor execution, manage exceptions, and ensure timely resolution across stakeholders.
Coordinate with transport vendors to ensure service delivery, compliance, and performance.
Ensure accurate system updates, cost validation, and timely order closure for billing and profitability.
Collaborate with external parties and internal functions—finance, procurement, customer experience.
