Job summary

GCash is seeking a professional to join our dynamic team in Manila to enhance the financial solutions landscape in the Philippines. As part of the team, you will perform credit risk management functions, lead B2C portfolio risk analysts, and work on policy recommendations to improve portfolio performance.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in SQL, Data Management, and Data Analytics/Visualization.
• Knowledge in principles of Credit Risk.
• Experience in Retail Credit Risk Management.

Responsibilities

• Perform credit risk management functions on retail lending portfolios.
• Lead and develop a group of B2C portfolio risk analysts.
• Recommend policy changes to address retail lending portfolio deterioration.
• Track performance against benchmark and measure impact of implemented strategies.
