Job summary

GCash is seeking a project/portfolio professional to lead complex initiatives in a FinTech setting. You will align portfolio activities with strategic objectives, communicate direction to teams, and identify dependencies across tribes.

The role requires strong Agile experience and collaboration across multiple units to mitigate risks and ensure delivery. The ideal candidate will have a degree in any field, with MBA/postgraduate study in project management, and proven experience managing complex

Qualifications

• Graduation in any field; MBA or related PM postgraduate is preferred.
• Experience managing complex projects and product development.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and delivering in Agile environments.
• Ability to manage resources with varying skill sets for agile delivery.

Who You’ll Be Working With

If you have a strong background in IT, computer science, or software engineering, and are analytical, technologically savvy, solutions and process-focused, then the Technology & Operations team may be for you!

You’ll Be Responsible For The Following

• Ensuring that all portfolio activities are aligned with overarching organizational strategies and objectives. Communicating portfolio strategies clearly to teams to ensure consistent direction and focus.
• Identifying and tracking dependencies between projects across tribes.
• Facilitating collaboration and communication between teams to resolve cross-functional dependencies. Generating regular reports on portfolio health, financial performance, and KPIs for senior leadership.
• Collaborating with teams to assess the impact of identified risks and determine mitigation strategies
• Regularly review risk exposure and report on risk status to leadership, highlighting critical areas.

We’re Looking For

• Graduate in any field | preferred – Postgraduate / MBA in project management or related field
• Experience of managing complex project and product development
• Knowledge of managing agile methodology
• Experience working in Agile environment
• Experience of managing resources with different skill set for agile delivery methods
