Job summary

Our Clients in Pasig, Philippines, seeks a seasoned product leader to own its Software and IoT portfolio, including consumer, SME, and enterprise segments. You will define the strategic direction and commercial roadmap, ensuring products remain competitive through market insights and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

This senior role combines technology leadership with business strategy, requiring a data-driven, market-facing mindset.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management or portfolio strategy.
• At least 3 years in leadership for multi-product portfolios.
• Proven track record with consumer and business markets.
• Solid knowledge of IoT, SaaS, productivity software, or connected devices.
• Strong pricing, P&L, and market positioning skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategic roadmap and full lifecycle of Software and IoT products.
• Lead product managers across productivity software, smart home, IoT devices, collaboration tools, and connected workplaces.
• Ensure products are desirable, feasible, and commercially viable across segments.
• Track tech trends and identify opportunities to evolve the portfolio.
• Develop strategies to accelerate growth, adoption, and profitability.
• Define pricing models, commercial frameworks, and business cases.
• Assess build, partner, or integration opportunities to expand offerings.
• Collaborate with segment partners on bundled offers and campaigns.
• Monitor performance against P&L targets and optimize CLV.
• Partner with Enablement and IT for operational readiness.
• Work with Marketing, Sales, and partners on GTM strategies and positioning.
• Engage Finance, Strategy, and CX to keep products sound and scalable.
• Represent product in cross-functional planning and innovation initiatives.
