Qualifications

Knowledge of trading conventions and ethics in treasury
Familiarity with global credit and structured investment markets
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, accounting, maths or related field
Master’s degree in business is an advantage
Certified Money Market Professional / Certified Treasury Professional (if applicable)

Responsibilities

Achieve set budget targets for the year.
Monitor the desk’s portfolio on a daily basis.
Assist in Credit Committee presentations and explain proposed investment limits.
Analyze developments in loan and structured investments markets.
Assist in recommending and implementing approved portfolio strategies.
Cultivate relationships with internal and external counterparties.
Handle administrative requirements of investments (line setup, interest payments).
Ensure compliance with bank rules, pre-approved limits and audit requirements.
Prepare periodic reports for RMC/ALCO meetings.
