Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in Marketing, Project Management, Portfolio Management, or related role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Detail-oriented with strong reporting and data management capabilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of growth strategies aligned with financial targets and lifecycle management.
• Conduct market, competitor, and industry research.
• Monitor competitor pricing, promotions, and market trends; provide recommendations.
• Coordinate with vendors, distributors, and external partners.
• Prepare accurate reports, dashboards, and analyses.
