Job summary

You will help the team operate as a center of excellence with a strong risk and governance mindset, delivering consistent, scalable processes across global asset classes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in performance reporting or related field.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to document complex requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day performance measurement and attribution processes across asset classes.
• Deliver monthly client and fund performance reporting with accuracy.
• Apply standard performance methodologies and tools for consistent reporting.
• Validate investment returns and ensure data integrity and traceability.
• Maintain performance databases and implement data quality controls.
• Analyze changes, quantify drivers, and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Monitor data quality across internal and external sources.
• Provide ad hoc data research and support regulatory and governance deliverables.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives by defining requirements and milestones.
