Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 5 years in performance measurement and attribution.
• Strong understanding of fixed income products.
• Knowledge of asset management products and attribution methodologies.
• Demonstrated quantitative and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
• Relationship management in a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead infrastructure and process initiatives to enhance performance measurement, attribution, and analytics capabilities.
• Build partnerships across investment, operations, and reporting teams to understand needs and deliver solutions.
• Interpret attribution results and develop commentary explaining drivers of portfolio outcomes.
• Provide regular and ad hoc risk and return analysis to support investment decisions.
• Oversee performance and attribution calculations and develop reporting solutions for stakeholders.
• Monitor data quality and perform reconciliations across calculation sources to resolve breaks.
