The role ensures efficient account servicing, adherence to bank policies, and excellent client experience.

Major Responsibilities

• Review and approve post-booking requests requiring Portfolio Manager-level disposition.
• Handle KCL renewals, extensions, and related approvals.
• Analyze and endorse rate reduction and fee waiver requests.
• Ensure compliance with KYC, due diligence, and regulatory requirements.
• Resolve escalated client inquiries and complex transactions.
• Monitor transaction turnaround times (TAT) and adherence to bank policies.
• Prepare management reports and support process improvement initiatives.
• Monitor and implement team projects and administrative activities.

Qualifications
