Job summary

Globalport Terminals Inc. is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee day-to-day port activities, coordinate between departments, and ensure smooth operations.

You will lead teams, implement operational strategies, and monitor performance metrics to drive efficiency. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Economics or equivalent and at least two years of related experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Economics or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Excellent communication, report writing, and presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and analytical abilities.
• Familiarity with port terminal operations and related business knowledge.
