Job summary

Private Advertiser in the Philippines is seeking a Food Safety Compliance Officer to join our team in a poultry dressing plant environment. The role demands hands-on experience in food safety, quality control, and regulatory compliance.

Candidates must have at least two years of relevant experience, knowledge of NMIS and DENR requirements, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, cold and wet processing setting, with flexibility for weekends or holidays.

Qualifications

• Must have at least two (2) years of relevant work experience in food safety compliance.
• Preferably with experience in a poultry dressing plant or similar food processing facility.
• Knowledgeable in NMIS, DENR, and other applicable government regulations and compliance requirements.
• With relevant certificates, licenses, or training in food safety, quality control, and regulatory compliance, as required for a dressing plant.
• Knowledgeable in the implementation and monitoring of food safety programs, policies, and procedures.
• Able to handle quality control activities and conduct inspection of products to ensure compliance with established food safety and quality standards.
• Must possess good moral character, integrity, and attention to detail.
• Can work effectively in a fast-paced, cold, wet, and food-processing environment.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays, when operational requirements call for it.
