You will oversee waste management, wastewater treatment, recycling initiatives, and sustainability practices, conduct inspections and risk assessments, and serve as liaison during regulatory audits.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor environmental management and pollution control programs to ensure regulatory compliance and minimize environmental impact.
• Oversee waste management, wastewater treatment, recycling initiatives, and sustainable resource management practices.
• Conduct environmental inspections, audits, risk assessments, and hazard analyses, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure compliance with environmental laws, regulations, permits, and industry standards, and maintain accurate environmental records and reports.
• Coordinate with farm operations, corporate departments, and regulatory agencies to support environmental compliance and operational sustainability.
• Promote environmental awareness through training, workshops, and environmental programs.
• Stay updated on environmental regulations and best practices relevant to swine and poultry farming operations.
• Serve as the company's liaison during environmental inspections, audits, and compliance evaluations.
• Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
