Job summary

Limagrain’s HM.CLAUSE unit seeks an experienced pollen production and male flower supply specialist to ensure timely delivery to NW growers. You will maintain pollen viability/quality, guarantee 100% traceability from stock seed receipt to utilization, and follow strict agronomic practices with SOP compliance.

You will coordinate with Production, Quality, Nursery, and Farm teams and own thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• Timely and reliable pollen production and male flower supply to the NW growers.
• Maintain high pollen viability and quality with zero admixture.
• Ensure 100% traceability of pollen and Stock Seed.
• Follow Good agronomic practice, SOPs, quality and safety standards consistently.
• Maintain accurate documentation, stock records, and reconciliation.
• Take ownership and accountability for assigned activities and deliver results on time.
• Demonstration of CARE principles

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute pollen production as per variety, quantity, and timeline requirements.
• Manage male plant production following Good agronomic practice and ensure timely rogueing for varietal purity.
• Coordinate male flower supply with the NW team as per requirements.
• Ensure timely pollen collection, processing, and supply to NW and growers with accurate records.
• Maintain required pollen viability and quality as per specifications.
• Ensure 100% traceability and prevent admixture through proper identification and segregation.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Nursery, and Farm teams.
• Follow approved SOPs and maintain accurate production and distribution records.
• Receive and verify Stock Seed (SS) for quantity, variety, lot, and required documents.
• Maintain accurate receipt, issue, balance, and utilization records
• Ensure 100% traceability from receipt to utilization
