Job summary

Limagrain's HM.CLAUSE unit seeks a field production supervisor in the Philippines to oversee seed production orders, ensure quality and timely delivery, and manage field activities with strict hygiene and IP protection.

The role emphasizes collaboration with growers, adherence to CLAP policies, and strong coordination with internal customers to align company needs with production capacity.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the crop, growing practices within assigned area and labor base.
• Familiarity with production research practices and field plot techniques preferred.
• Ability to synchronize company needs with contracted internal customers.

Responsibilities

• Monitor allocated production orders to ensure timely availability of quantity and quality.
• Provide adequate and timely reports to Deputy NW Manager or Production Officer.
• Ensure accurate, up-to-date reporting of field activity to protect IP of the product.
• Handle production plots carefully to ensure right quality and quantity.
• Maintain hygiene and disease-free seed production with effective implementation.
