Job summary

Goodfit is seeking an experienced lead to drive end-to-end polishing, squaring, and nano coating processes on the production line in the Philippines. You will oversee equipment coordination, defect reduction and continuous improvement to deliver high first-quality output.

The role requires strong hands-on knowledge of ceramic tile finishing, team leadership, and the ability to optimize machines, abrasives and process parameters while maintaining safety and SOPs.

Qualifications

• Experience in ceramic/tiles polishing and finishing operations.
• Exposure to squaring, surface treatment and nano coating.
• Knowledge of polishing parameters, abrasives and grit sequences.
• Familiarity with QA/QC practices and process control.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end polishing and squaring operations to meet daily targets.
• Plan manpower, priorities and shift activities for smooth line operations.
• Monitor output, line speed, machine utilization and first-quality yield.
• Coordinate with Maintenance/Engineering for breakdown resolution.
• Drive improvements in productivity and reduce defects.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, process parameters and safety practices.
• Lead, train and develop shop-floor personnel.
