Job summary

Educational Policy Advocacy and Research Unit seeks a Senior Project Associate to provide technical and administrative support for the Projects, Research Ethics Committee, SEAMEO INNOTECH Research Partnership Grant, and Bridging the Science of Learning and AI-Enhanced Pedagogical Practices.

You will co-organize benchmarking activities, assist in SOP development, and prepare meeting minutes, with a focus on accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to quality standards across all three projects.

Qualifications

• Two years of working experience minimum.
• Strong IT skills especially MS Office.
• Good communication and fast learning.
• Detail-oriented and able to work in a team.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and administrative support to project activities.
• Co-organize benchmarking and capacity-building activities for project team/secretariat and REC members.
• Assist in development and SOP writing, review, finalization, and approval processes.
• Prepare minutes of meetings and project documentation.
• Maintain orderly filing and adhere to ISO guidelines.
