Job summary

Our Clients is seeking an Insurance Account Officer (Renewals) in Makati City. The role focuses on high-value clients, delivering attentive support as renewals approach for life, medical, HMO, and travel insurance. Onsite, 12-month contractual engagement.

You will manage renewals, maintain strong client relations, and coordinate with insurers and internal teams to ensure accurate, timely processing and clear communication with clients.

• Strong client relationship management skills.
• Organized and able to manage many accounts and renewal deadlines at once.

Responsibilities

• Renewal Management: handle renewals for assigned client accounts across life, personal accident, HMO, medical, and travel insurance; track renewal dates; explain changes to clients.
• Client Relationship & Retention: build long-term relationships; provide personalized assistance; respond promptly to questions; identify at-risk clients and take proactive steps.
• Coordination & Documentation: work with insurers and internal teams to process renewals; prepare quotations and renewal notices; maintain accurate records; report status and issues.
