• Ensure accurate and timely completion of policy issuance and operational tasks.
• Maintain documentation and records related to policy issuance activities.
• Coordinate with teams to address issues and follow up on requests.
• Perform other tasks to support daily department operations.

About the role

We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and fast-learning Operations – Policy Issuance Project Employee to support our policy issuance and operational processes. The successful candidate will assist in managing issuance requests, processing policy-related requirements, monitoring account balances, and providing day-to-day operational support to ensure smooth and efficient department operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and monitor policy issuance request tickets, ensuring requests are properly tracked and processed within the required timelines.
• Promptly send declarations for covered motor policies under Emergency Assistance.
• Monitor balances in accounts used for CTPL authentication and coordinate as needed to ensure sufficient funds are available for transactions.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of assigned policy issuance and operational tasks.
• Maintain proper documentation and records related to policy issuance activities.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to address issues, follow up on pending requests, and support smooth daily operations.
• Perform other tasks and responsibilities as assigned to support the department.
