Job summary

Filinvest Development Corp. is seeking an HR Associate to support competency-based HR systems and policy development. The role includes maintaining competency frameworks, coordinating development with BU HR Heads, and integrating competencies into talent processes.

Fresh graduates with internship or project exposure may be considered. Proficiency in MS Office and strong data management are required, along with clear written communication and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; fresh graduates may be considered with internship/project exposure.
• Proficiency in Competency-Based HR Systems, Performance Management, and L&D processes.
• Experience in HR policy writing or process documentation is a plus.
• Strong data management and documentation skills; good written communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining and updating core, leadership, and functional competency frameworks.
• Coordinate competency development, revision, and mapping with BU HR Heads.
• Support integration of competencies into talent processes such as performance management, L&D, succession planning, and talent review.
• Facilitate distribution, collection, and consolidation of competency assessment results.
• Maintain competency databases and ensure accurate data encoding.
• Maintain SOPs, templates, and guidelines for competency-related activities.
• Track progress of initiatives and provide administrative support to OD projects.
• Assist in drafting HR policies, guidelines, and procedures with inputs from SMEs and HR Policy Manager/Head.
• Format and maintain updated versions of HR manuals, handbooks, and policy libraries.
• Coordinate policy review discussions with SMEs, BU HR Heads, and Legal as required.
• Consolidate comments and revisions for approval.
• Support version control, policy tracking, and organization-wide communication of approved policies.
• Ensure proper filing, documentation, and accessibility of HR policies in shared platforms.
