As the global POLO team evolves, you will contribute to process development and automation while ensuring policy compliance and strong stakeholder partnerships in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 4–5 years of related business process / operations experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with suppliers and internal customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the P2P/POLO team to ensure end-to-end PO lifecycle management and SLA delivery.
• Prioritize stakeholder engagement and deliver high-quality service across PR/PO lifecycle.
• Provide guidance to internal stakeholders on contract creation, due diligence, and PO lifecycle activities.
• Support automation and AI initiatives and resolve escalations related to purchase orders.
