Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.
• 3–4 years of related business process or operations experience.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with purchasing systems (e.g., Ariba) is a plus.
• Fluency in English (written and oral) is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end PO lifecycle from requisition to payment and closing.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure accuracy, SLA adherence, and compliance.
• Guide internal teams on contract creation, due diligence, and approval processes.
• Address discrepancies and support process improvements including automation initiatives.
