Qualifications

• 2–3 years elevator PMS experience.

About the role

VTSA INTERNATIONAL INC. is seeking a dedicated PMS Technician (Elevator Industry) to join our growing team in Pasig City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in maintaining and servicing elevator systems for our clients. As a PMS Technician, you will be responsible for performing preventive maintenance and technical inspections on elevator installations, ensuring optimal performance, safety, and compliance with industry standards. This role is essential to our service delivery operations and directly impacts client satisfaction and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance services (PMS) on elevator systems in accordance with manufacturer specifications and industry guidelines
• Perform comprehensive inspections and diagnostic tests on elevator components, including hydraulic systems, electrical systems, mechanical parts, and safety devices
• Identify, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical and electrical faults in elevator systems
• Maintain detailed maintenance records and documentation of all service activities, repairs, and parts replacements
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes during all maintenance and repair work
• Respond promptly to emergency service calls and provide technical support to address elevator system failures
• Communicate technical findings and recommendations to clients and management in a clear and professional manner
• Collaborate with team members and other technicians to complete complex maintenance tasks
• Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles in proper working condition
• Complete relevant safety training and certifications as required by the industry and company standards

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as an elevator technician or PMS technician, with at least 2-3 years in the elevator servicing industry
• Strong technical knowledge of elevator systems, including mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical components
• Valid technical certification or vocational qualification in elevator maintenance or a related field
• Competency in reading technical drawings, schematics, and maintenance manuals
• Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills
• Physical fitness and ability to work in confined spaces, and in varying weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols and compliance standards
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with clients and team members
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of maintenance schedules
• Preferably fluent in English and Filipino languages
• Previous experience with major elevator brands and systems is advantageous
