Job summary

VTSA International Inc. in Pasig invites applications for a hands-on preventive maintenance support role in the elevator and escalator industry.

You will assist in scheduled PMS activities, basic inspections, routine cleaning, lubrication, and support to senior technicians, with duties including report preparation and adherence to safety procedures.

Willing to work Monday to Saturday, day and night shifts, and be assigned to different project locations.

Qualifications

• At least Highschool and Senior Highschool graduate.
• Experience in preventive maintenance, technical work, or related field.
• Basic knowledge in electrical or mechanical systems is an advantage.
• Can follow instructions and work well with a team.
• Responsible, reliable, and safety-conscious.
• Willing to work from Monday to Saturday.
• Willing to work on day shift and night shift schedules.
• Willing to be assigned to different project locations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in scheduled preventive maintenance (PMS) activities and basic equipment inspections.
• Perform routine cleaning, lubrication, tightening, and minor adjustments as instructed.
• Support skilled or senior technicians during troubleshooting, repair works, and inspections.
• Observe and immediately report abnormal conditions such as unusual noises, vibrations, odor, error codes, or irregular operation.
• Assist in the preparation and completion of service reports, checklists, and maintenance logs.
• Strictly comply with company safety procedures, lock-out/tag-out practices, and housekeeping standards at all times.
