Job summary

VTSA INTERNATIONAL INC. in Pasig City, Metro Manila is seeking a dedicated PMS Technician to maintain and service elevator systems for clients. This full-time role focuses on preventive maintenance, inspections, and safety compliance to ensure reliable elevator operations.

You will perform diagnostics on hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical components, document service activities, and respond to emergency calls with professional communication to clients and management.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years elevator PMS experience.
• Certified in elevator maintenance.
• Able to read schematics and maintenance manuals.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled PMS on elevator systems per specs.
• Inspect hydraulic, electrical, mechanical components and safety devices.
• Identify and repair mechanical/electrical faults.
• Maintain maintenance records and parts history.
• Ensure safety standards and building codes compliance.
• Respond to emergency service calls with technical support.
• Communicate findings to clients and management.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles.
• Complete safety training and required certifications.
