Qualifications

• The PMS Technician I role focuses on learning standard maintenance procedures, safety practices, basic troubleshooting, and proper documentation for elevator systems.
• Assists in scheduled PMS activities and basic equipment inspections under supervision.
• Performs routine cleaning, lubrication, tightening, and minor adjustments as instructed.

Responsibilities

• Assist in scheduled preventive maintenance (PMS) activities and basic equipment inspections.
• Perform routine cleaning, lubrication, tightening, and minor adjustments as instructed.
• Support skilled or senior technicians during troubleshooting, repair works, and inspections.
• Observe and report abnormal conditions such as unusual noises, vibrations, odor, error codes, or irregular operation.
• Assist in preparation and completion of service reports, checklists, and maintenance logs.
• Strictly comply with company safety procedures, lock-out/tag-out practices, and housekeeping standards.
