Archipelago Philippine Ferries Corporation is seeking a Marine Engineer to lead the Planned Maintenance System (PMS) across the fleet, ensuring compliance with maintenance standards and regulatory requirements.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in Marine/ Naval/ Mechanical Engineering, 3–5 years in marine roles, 1–2 years sea service as 2nd/3rd Engineer, and a valid 2nd or 3rd Engineer license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, or Mechanical Engineering.
• 3-5 years of relevant marine or naval industry experience.
• 1-2 years of sea service as a 2nd Engineer or 3rd Engineer.
• Licensed 2nd Engineer or Licensed 3rd Engineer.
• Strong knowledge of PMS, vessel maintenance, and marine engineering practices.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Implementation, execution, monitoring, and continuous improvement of the PMS across the fleet.
• Ensure maintenance compliance, system accuracy, equipment reliability, and adherence to standards.
