Job summary

WJCQ international consulting service, inc. is seeking a PMO Specialist – E-Commerce Operations to drive strategic projects across the Brand Growth Center. You will plan, coordinate, monitor, and report on initiatives, while enabling business expansion and digital operations.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery within resources and measurable results, with a focus on e-commerce and platform initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in PMO, Project Management, E-Commerce Operations, Digital Operations, or Change Management.
• Experience in e-commerce or digital commerce is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate assigned projects from planning through implementation, assessment, and closure.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, owners, and success measures.
• Monitor project progress and follow up on action items, dependencies, risks, and issues.
• Prepare regular project status reports and management updates.
• Maintain project documentation and PMO reports.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of project deliverables.
• Support projects related to e-commerce, marketplace operations, and platform initiatives.
• Create, review, and implement SOPs, workflows, and governance standards.
• Support change-impact assessments and communications for process changes.
