We are seeking a PMO / Scheduling Lead who will take end‑to‑end ownership of delivery governance and execution across multiple regions, ensuring alignment, oversight, and operational rigor throughout the project lifecycle. This role will be responsible for defining and managing scheduling strategies, driving optimal sequencing across workstreams, and orchestrating a readiness‑based migration flow that enables smooth, predictable, and high‑quality delivery.

• End-to‑end program orchestration for ~400 client migrations
• Go/No-Go governance, escalation, and risk management
• Timeline, scope, and commercial adherence
• Client onboarding and migration scheduling
• Readiness tracking and sprint gating
• Blackout window and rescheduling management
• Dependency tracking across clients and carriers

🎓 Skills & Experience Required

• 12+ years in large migration / transformation programs
• Strong experience in multi-tenant, multi-party migrations
• Fixed‑bid delivery and dependency‑heavy programs
• Excellent leadership and decision‑making skills
• 8–10+ years in PMO or delivery coordination roles
• Strong experience with high‑volume scheduling
• Excellent communication and follow‑up discipline
• Comfortable operating in dynamic environments
