ESOL IT SERVICES INC. in the Philippines seeks a PMO/Resource Management specialist to build and maintain dashboards, reports, and trackers for project, resource, productivity, and utilization metrics.
You will prepare MOMs, track actions, and ensure governance across operations while coordinating with Delivery Managers, Team Managers, and clients for timely resource deployment and forecasting.
Create, maintain, and analyze management dashboards, reports, and Excel-based trackers to monitor project, resource, productivity, and utilization metrics.
Prepare Minutes of Meeting (MOM) and track action items through closure, highlighting overdue or outstanding deliverables against target dates.
Implement and maintain standard processes and governance frameworks across banking and project operations.
Manage resource allocation and deallocation in coordination with Delivery Managers, Team Managers, and relevant stakeholders.
Track project extensions, renewals, and PO funding using Quest.
Manage and fulfill Resource Request Forms (RRFs) for new hires, replacements, resignations, and project renewals.
Raise and track RRFs and ensure proper tagging of resources to projects in Quest.
Coordinate with clients and internal teams to support resource onboarding and ensure timely deployment.
Track new business and renewal opportunities in Quest and monitor the status of opportunities.
Monitor and track T&M opportunity margins and provide relevant reports to stakeholders.
Complete and monitor SFDC opportunity workflows in Quest.
Track and report non-billability across projects and identify potential deviations.
Support demand planning and people capacity forecasting for upcoming quarters.
Ensure resource fulfillment follows established SOPs and the RRF journey.Track resource rotations and coordinate with Delivery Managers and Team Managers to ensure eligible employees are appropriately deployed.
Support productivity and utilization tracking, including dashboard creation and regular reporting.
Support DGM-level utilization monitoring and provide accurate reports and insights.
Assist Delivery Managers with leave forecasting and tracking.
Identify and resolve discrepancies between PeopleStrong and Quest, particularly leave-related data inconsistencies.
Support Delivery Managers with people forecasting and workforce planning.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely completion of PMO activities and deliverables.
5–7 years of experience in PMO, Project Management, Resource Management, or a related function.
Strong experience in Excel reporting, dashboard creation, data tracking, and analysis.
Experience in resource allocation, resource fulfillment, demand planning, and capacity forecasting.
Strong understanding of project governance, process compliance, and operational reporting.
Experience managing RRFs, project extensions, renewals, PO funding, and resource movements is highly preferred.
Experience working with Quest, PeopleStrong, Salesforce/SFDC, or similar enterprise systems is an advantage.
Strong ability to track multiple projects, resources, deadlines, and action items simultaneously.
Excellent organizational, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve data discrepancies.
Ability to work effectively with Delivery Managers, Team Managers, clients, and cross-functional teams.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
