Job summary

Bynd Limited is seeking a PMO Administrator to provide governance across engagement lifecycles, from estimation to closure. You will ensure consistent administration, risk, changes and lessons learned, while supporting a scalable governance framework for a large portfolio.

You'll operate the Delivery Acceptance gate, maintain RAID and change-control records, and collaborate with Delivery, Sales, Finance and HR systems such as Qody, Salesforce and BambooHR to keep forecasts, billing and

Qualifications

• Experience in PMO or governance roles.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of project lifecycle governance, mobilisation and closure.
• Experience with Time & Materials, Fixed Fee, or hybrid models.
• Able to work with Delivery, Sales, Finance and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Operate the Delivery Acceptance gate at Closed Won with Sales docs.
• Ensure delivery-team reviewed estimates before proposals.
• Support mobilisation: codes, governance cadence, toolsets.
• Coordinate engagement forecasts revenue and billing.
• Maintain RAID, logs, and evidence packs.
• Own the change-control register and link to Salesforce/Qody.
• Monitor burn vs budget and flag margins.
• Track milestone billing triggers and keep schedules.
• Maintain forecast views and ISO 9001 audit rota.
• Ensure definitions of engagement types are applied.
• Maintain document library templates.
