Job summary

Qodea seeks a PMO Administrator to provide consistent programme governance across the full engagement lifecycle, from estimation to closure. This second-line role ensures accurate forecasting, governance, and documented lessons learned while interfacing with Delivery, Sales, Finance and senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in PMO, programme administration or governance role.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of project lifecycle governance (mobilisation, delivery, RAID, closure).
• Understanding of professional services engagement models (Time & Materials, Fixed Fee, Hybrid).
• Comfortable with financial governance: revenue forecasts, cost forecasts, billing, margins.
• Strong spreadsheet/reporting skills; familiarity with PSA, CRM or HR systems; daily use of Qody, Salesforce, BambooHR, Google Drive.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 audit activities.
• Able to coordinate with Delivery, Sales, Finance, and senior stakeholders.
• Clear communicator, follows process, escalates governance gaps.

Responsibilities

• Operate the engagement governance cadence and maintain RAID, decisions and actions logs.
• Log and track change requests with scope, timeline, cost and forecast impact.
• Monitor burn vs budget and surface margin drift as needed.
• Coordinate revenue and billing milestones with Finance and Sales.
• Ensure governance data is collected, archived and accessible for audits.
• Support ISO 9001 audit activities and continuous improvement.
